Dorm Information

Housing is available at reasonable cost from the University of Denver at Nagel Hall in the heart of campus.

Air-conditioned dorm rooms are within easy walking distance to the Lamont School of Music. The front desk is attended 24 hours a day, so late check in is accepted. Access to the dorm building is by a swipe card; access to the dorm room is a hard key. Dorm keys must be returned upon leaving or there will be an automatic charge of $375. Lost conference cards can be replaced for $10.

Dorm rooms are equipped with the following: Pillow, pillowcase, blanket, flat sheet, top sheet, towel & washcloth. Guests may bring their own linens. However, there is no discount if you bring your own linens.

2026 RMBI Dorm Rate

Deadline to reserve a dorm is MAY 31, 2026.  Breakfast is included between Monday 7/20 and Sunday 7/26 for all participants staying in the dorms!

Check-in: Sunday, July 19, 3-5 PM
Check out: Sunday, July 26, 7-9 AM

Single Dorm: $92.86/night, 7 total nights; $650 total

Note: Only single dorms will be available for RMBI 2026. No double dorms.
