Potential Exhibitors

This world-renowned conference has several benefits for you that include providing your business with great exposure to a highly targeted market. You will be playing a large supporting role for brass education. Furthermore, you will be providing an important and necessary financial backbone to one of the top brass institutes in the world.
Exhibitor tables will be placed in premier locations and at times allowing for more in-depth sales conversations and higher walk-by traffic. We’ll also provide lunch for each employee with a badge attending to your booth.

Thursday & Friday Exhibits

Thursday, July 13 & Friday, July 14, 10 am – 6pm

Exhibits will be set up in the Joy Burns Plaza and the Joy Burns Plaza Mezzanine Level. Set-up begins Thursday at 8:30 am. Participants will be released from morning careers seminars at 9:45 am, and from Master Classes at 11:20 am. Lunch is available between 11:30 am – 2:10 pm with your Exhibitor Badge. Exhibitors displaying on Thursday have the option of displaying until the start of the Thursday night Denver Municipal Band concert.

Layout Information


Tables are assigned on a first come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate table placement requests but can make no guarantee about table location until exhibitor registration fills or closes, whichever comes first.

Main Floor:
Represented by the purple rectangles, main floor tables have the highest traffic. Main floor will have some 8’ round tables in place for participants/faculty members to eat lunch.
Table Size: 60” x 30” – table covers not provided.
Ideal for instrument dealers, music stores, vendors who have large display walls

Upper Level Mezzanine:
Represented by the lime green rectangles, the upper-level tables are on the mezzanine balcony that surrounds and looks down on the plaza. Vendors are visible from the lower level. Vendors are allowed to hang banners/signage on the railing to advertise booth to the lower lobby. Due to fire code, tables on the upper level are narrower, but longer, than the tables offered on the main floor.

Ideal for publication vendors, accessory dealers, recording/software sales

Exhibitor Clinics

Exhibitors may present one or more 45-minute clinics on their product/use of product/or relevant professional brass issue, i.e. caring & cleaning of instruments, practice techniques, use of mutes, new literature etc. during prime clinic time. Clinic title and short description will be listed in the RMBI program booklet along with all other seminars and master classes. Contact Becky to schedule these. Space is limited and will fill up quickly!

Advertisers automatically become 1) Denver Brass Contributors, listed in the contribution pages of all season programs for one full year, and 2) supporters of the annual Denver Brass “Holiday BrassFest” at the DPAC Galleria (attended by more than 150 brass players and over 2000 audience members), listed in Holiday BrassFest participant correspondence and on Holiday BrassFest webpage.


Become a Major Sponsor of the Rafael Mendez Brass Institute with a tax-deductible gift of $1,000 or a Supporting Sponsor with a tax-deductible gift of $500. Sponsors will automatically become “Brass Ring Partners” of The Denver Brass. They will be listed on the Brass Ring Partners page of all season programs, and on the home page of The Denver Brass website, for one full year. They will also become Major/Supporting Sponsors of The Denver Brass “Holiday BrassFest” at the DPAC Galleria (attended by more than 150 brass players and over 2000 audience members). Sponsors may request conference badges.

How to Reserve your Exhibit

There are several ways to reserve a spot as an exhibitor at RMBI:
1. Go to our online payment center by clicking the “Pay” tab on the menu bar. From there, add the items you’d like to reserve (tables, badges, ads) into your cart, and complete payment online. (click here)
2. Call 303-832-4676, Mon – Fri, 10 am to 4 pm MST, and a Denver Brass staff member will take down your reservation.
3. Print out this form, and email, fax, or standard mail it in. If paying your reservation fees by check, please make checks payable to The Denver Brass.
