ABC Shuttle transportation is available to and from Denver International Airport and Nagel Hall, Nelson Hall, or the Lamont School of Music for a DU student rate of $18.00 one way with one instrument. The Holiday Inn Select is a beautiful full-service hotel located in the Cherry Creek Financial District, just 3 miles away from the University of Denver, and offer a complimentary shuttle within a 3 mile radius. Self-parking is available at no charge. Bus parking is available for $25.00 per bus, per day. They offer an on-site restaurant, The Front Range Grill, with an award-winning Chef. They also have the Olive’s Martini Bar, serving signature drinks and appetizers, and the Selections Espresso Bar & Deli, which serves Starbucks Coffee. This facility has the largest indoor pool in the Cherry Creek area, as well as an on-site Fitness Facility.

2011 Meals Information
Lunch* is provided daily, July 11-16, in Joy Burns Plaza, and will include a variety of choices from both hot and cold foods, and beverage.
Please enjoy dinner* at the conclusion of registration Sunday, July 10, just prior to orientation.
The evening of Saturday, July 16 you are invited to enjoy a dessert* reception following the final Summit Brass concert.
*If you have a special preference or dietary need please contact us as soon as possible with that information. We will do our best to accommodate you.
If you desire to have your breakfasts and dinners on campus MEAL PLAN cards include 6 breakfasts and 6 dinners for July 11-16, 2011, in the first floor Nelson Hall Dining facility, and are available for $120.00. Cards must be reserved and payment completed no later than May 31, 2011. RESERVE NOW.

2011 Dorm Information
HOUSING is available at very reasonable costs through the University of Denver. Air-conditioned dorm rooms are within easy walking distance to the School of Music. Front desk is attended 24 hours a day, so late check in is accepted. Access to the rooms is by a swipe card. Swipe cards must be returned upon leaving or there will be a charge of $20. Dorm rooms are equipped with the following: Pillow, pillowcase, blanket, flat sheet, top sheet, towel & washcloth. Guests may bring their own linens, however there is no discount if they bring their own linens. Only groups staying longer than 7 days will get a linen exchange. Furniture & linens come in each room. See descriptions below.

Nelson Hall - is just north of the intersection of Iliff Ave and High St. (2222 S. High St, Denver, CO 80210) and two blocks west of the Newman Center. Televisions are limited at each front desk for rental, first come, first served. Phones are free of charge, however are in limited supply at each front desk, again first come, first served. The main desk phone number is 303-871-4788. Every room is different and most rooms are suite style. Parking passes are available for Nelson Hall for a price of $49/week.

Nagel Hall is just north of the intersection of Iliff Ave. and High St. (2194 S. High St, Denver, CO 80210) and two blocks west of the Newman Center. This will be University of Denver's newest hall, with almost five full floors of student residential suites, a stunning tower, and a food court on the ground floor. It also houses an office suite for the psychology department. The first three floors of Nagel Hall are suites that accommodate four students in two bedrooms, with one shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a mini refrigerator/freezer/microwave. The fourth and fifth floors have apartment units. These apartments include a kitchen, living room and four single bedrooms.
